Lamb Moussaka Pie. Our version of the traditional Greek dish made of Grilled Eggplant, Potatoes, Slow Cooked Minced Lamb with Spices and Topped with Béchamel in our Crispy Short Crust Pastry.
It all starts with us making our beautiful short crust pastry for the base from scratch using the creamy Gippsland Jersey butter.
We then combine some of the most amazing real ingredients sourced from local suppliers to create our signature fillings. Our passion for real food doesn’t stop there as we never use any artificial fillers or additives.
Tailoring to everyone’s needs we also make our very own vegan pastry to deliver some of the tastiest pies for our vegan friends.
