Christmas Fruit Mince Tarts made with a recipe that has been passed on generously by my Mother in-law (Kerrie) Made using only the best dried and glazed fruits and nuts available, then soaked in French Brandy for well over a month. The sweet pastry is made using Gippsland Jersey unsalted butter. These are seriously good. Limited stock available, you need to get in quick, they will sell out fast.
